ZKB Branch Neumünster

The ZKB Neumünster branch marks the eighth realization of Zürcher Kantonalbank’s new branch concept. Located on the lively Kreuzplatz in Zurich’s Hottingen district, the redesigned branch enriches the urban neighborhood with its inviting and contemporary presence.

A Greenwall with real, permanently preserved plants welcomes visitors at the entrance, adding a natural accent and creating a connection to the location. In the shop window, a boutique with carefully curated products on finance and lifestyle invites discovery and lends the branch a distinctive, contemporary flair.

As part of the redesign, various new elements were integrated according to the current interior concept to encourage dialogue in a relaxed setting: the central community table for customer support, a semi-open consulting niche, and a private meeting room for confidential discussions. The built-in bar with water and coffee station enhances the sense of hospitality.

With its calm, contemporary interior, warm wood accents and generous greenery, the branch reflects the architectural vision behind the new design. The result is a comfortable, inviting and inspiring environment – an expression of Zürcher Kantonalbank’s new, customer-focused approach to modern banking.
